Formerly, people were convinced that they had absolutely need protein from red meat, but we now know that this is not the case.

There are many other foods that can provide all the proteins we need.

And in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables; Avocado, Asparagus, Olive, Spinach, cucumber, parsley, seaweed, Kale, Garlic, Cabbage Celery, Lenses Papaya, Apricot, Banana, Cantaloupe, Cherry, Grape, Plum, Coconut, Strawberry.
